1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using tbistro.in, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable laws. If you do not agree, you should not use this website. These Terms apply to all branches operated under Tbistro Hospitality.
2. Eligibility and Permitted Use
- You must provide accurate information when contacting or booking with us.
- The website may be used only for lawful, personal, and non-abusive purposes.
- We may suspend access where we detect misuse, fraud attempts, scraping abuse, or security threats.
3. Reservations, Orders, and Communications
- Reservation requests are subject to availability and final confirmation by the branch.
- Timings, offers, menus, and event schedules may change without prior notice.
- If you book through external platforms (for example, WhatsApp, Zomato, or maps), their terms and policies also apply.
4. Reservation Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Time cutoff: Direct/EazyDiner reservations are generally held for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
- Paid platform reservations: On platforms such as Zomato, booking fee terms are controlled by the platform deal and may be forfeited for no-shows.
- Standard bookings: Usually free to book and cancel on direct channels and EazyDiner, subject to platform terms.
- No-show handling: Tables may be released after the grace period. We generally do not post-charge cards for standard no-shows, but partner platform penalties may apply.
- Group bookings/events: Large parties or private events may require a non-refundable deposit and 24 to 48 hours advance cancellation notice to avoid deposit forfeiture.
5. Refund Policy
- Platform-led refunds: Reservation fee and refund eligibility are primarily governed by the platform used for booking (for example, EazyDiner, Zomato).
- Failed transactions: If a payment is debited but fails, refunds are typically processed within up to 7 working days, depending on payment provider and bank timelines.
- Cancelled paid bookings: Where platform terms allow, refunds generally reflect within 3 to 5 business days.
- In-store/prepayment issues: Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit at management discretion.
- Private events: Deposits are often non-refundable, especially for short-notice cancellations. For eligible cases, approved refunds typically reflect in 5 to 7 business days.
6. Alcohol Service Policy (21+)
- No alcoholic beverage is served or delivered to any person below 21 years of age.
- Staff may request valid government-issued photo ID from guests who appear below legal drinking age or a higher verification threshold.
- During screenings/events, management may restrict underage seating in designated bar zones where applicable.
- We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service where valid ID is not provided or where a guest appears intoxicated.
7. Pricing and Availability
Prices and item availability shown online are informational and may differ in-store due to taxes, service charges, branch-level updates, or real-time stock conditions.
8. Third-Party Platforms and Links
Our website may link to third-party services (social media, maps, ordering or review platforms). We are not responsible for their content, uptime, policies, or business practices.
9. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, branding, and design elements on this site are owned by or licensed to Tbistro Hospitality, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, republish, modify, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
10. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems, APIs, or data.
- Automated scraping, traffic flooding, or interference with site operations.
- Posting or transmitting unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive material.
- Using the site in any way that violates applicable law.
11. Disclaimer
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim for accuracy, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that all content is always complete, current, or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tbistro Hospitality is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, inability to use, third-party service failures, or reliance on site content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
